We have worked hard to find a solution to this issue and came up with the Candiani Custom project, which allows us to produce customized jeans only when you actually need one. No overproduction or waste, allowing fashion to be sustainable and environmentally friendly.

We designed the production process of your customized jeans keeping in mind what happens with them at their end of life. After years of research, we found ingredients that can positively impact the environment thanks to the advanced technological research behind those materials, which allows them to be biodegradable and compostable. Our jeans' durability, aesthetics, and quality are not compromised, so do not worry: your jeans will not melt if you get caught up in the rain!

Being socially responsible means caring about workers and everyone involved in the manufacturing process. When we conceived the Candiani Custom project we decided to expand this approach also to our suppliers and customers. We want to make sure that our clients are satisfied in the long run, providing repair and alterations of their jeans during the entire life cycle and recollecting them when they can no longer be worn. Instead of discarding the returned jeans we transform them into fertilizers to grow those raw materials that will create our clients’ next pair of jeans, hence closing a perfectly circular loop.

The entire process at Candiani Custom, from measurement to production, is carried out exclusively in our micro-factory in Milan. We are also proud of our value chain: our clients can choose each component to configure their jeans, learning everything about the materials we use, the companies that produce them and their environmental impact.
